Being happy in the sun as the temperature rises!

The mercury is rising so remember:-

Apply suncream regularly at least every four hours. Apply even when it's cloudy...you can still burn.

Remember to apply to exposed areas...back of the neck, shoulders, lower back where children bend over...they love to build sandcastles don't they!

Buy the highest SPF that you can at least factor 15.

Cover up with a hat. Legionnaires hats are great. Wear loose, light clothing.

Hydrate constantly...water, water all the time.
